Admittedly, we failed to recognise the importance of media exposure early on, but are resolving this, along with pitching to many local businesses; we are currently finalising bulk sales to 2 restaurants in Oxford.

After only 1 day on Marketplace, we reached 5th on the UK and 6th on the European Leaderboards for that month, even placing 4th on the National Online Trade Fair. Currently we are 1st in the South Central, 4th in the UK and 7th on the International Leaderboards.

- We learnt the importance of market research when initially failing to maximise our profits at a fundraising event early on.

Another way we raised capital was through pre-orders, accounting for 33% of our sales. Our bottles sold for £25/unit, however we also created a one night only 10% off pre-order deal.
